To respond to the needs of both customers and introducers alike we at Hampshire Trust have recently been focusing on our short term funding solutions, particularly development and bridging finance. Demand for such has increased so significantly recently, to ensure we maintain our usual high standards of service, we have decided to no longer accept applications for long term commercial mortgages. We will of course be delighted to continue to provide short term funding solutions to you for both bridging and development projects.
